Jennifer and Ed Conley purchased their restaurant in September 1993. Jennifer managed the business for 8 years prior, known as Pioneer Pies, before the purchase. Over the years Conley's Place has established itself as having been the most comfortable and friendly place with home style cooking and the largest menu selection in Spokane.

Ed Conley grew up in the Sporting-goods business and managed the Valley White Elephant Store for 30 years before creating the Elephant Boys Boating Store a specialized store with a new twist. Service and helping the customer find what best fits their needs at a discount. Ed's businesses have established themselves as being the true discount and marine supply stores in Spokane. |
